Epic Recipes to Turn Boring Instant Ramen into Exciting Meals

Hey guys! We are very excited for today’s post because who doesn’t love a good (and easy) ramen recipe?! We have come up with two different but equally delicious meals for you to make on a rainy day (or if you are just craving a good ramen). We understand that many of our readers are students and are all back to school this fall. So, this recipe is for you guys who are working your butts off! Keep working hard and we hope you enjoy your ramen.

1.) Steak and Cheese

RECIPE ONE! Oof, We don't know if you're ready for this. If you love ramen and you love steak, this will be a MATCH made in heaven. Not to mention, it's straightforward and simple! Here's what you'll need:

Ingredients:

  • Steak

  • Shredded cheese (cheese slice if you don't have shredded cheese)

  • Roasted seaweed (nori)

  • Poached egg

Procedures:

  1. Cook ramen according to instructions and serve on a bowl;

  2. Top with steak, however you want it cooked (we prefer medium rare); and

  3. Add nori, poached egg and shredded cheese. Allow cheese to melt on hot noodles

  4. Optional: top with furikake and drizzle with teriyaki sauce (same recipe as stir fry)

  5. Enjoy!

2.) Leftover Teriyaki Stir Fry

If you don't want to spend the extra $$$ we got you. Don't worry, your leftovers will not go to waste! What you'll need:

Ingredients:

  • Literally any leftovers you have (good mixture of protein and veggies)

  • We used chicken, hotdogs and cabbage

Teriyaki sauce:

  • 1/8 cup soy sauce

  • 1/8 cup mirin

  • 1/2 tbsp sugar

Procedures:

  1. Heat up 2 tbsp oil in medium heat, add veggies and meat;

  2. Add instant ramen and 1/2 cup water, simmer until noodles are al dente;

  3. Add ramen packaging seasonings, teriyaki sauce mixture, stir until thick; and

  4. Serve and top with green onions.

  5. Enjoy!

What did you think of these recipes? They are quick and easy to make but they taste like it took hours to make. We love a good hack so we figured you guys will appreciate this one too. As usual, please comment down below or send us a quick message letting us know how you enjoyed the recipe. We hope you use this for any upcoming meals you will make. We enjoy chatting with you guys so we’ll talk soon!
